Although the prize winner won’t be decided until November 2011, at the Architecture of the Year Awards in London, one top UK graduate architect will be selected for a full scholarship towards the Master in Architectural Management and Design course (more information on the program here). The scholarship, as well as a new program for 16 architects from 10 different countries and IE School of Architecture and Design were all promoted in a recent article published in Building Design BD (see the full BD article on page 17 here).
Offered in February of every academic year, the Master in Architectural Management and Design is aimed to bridge the gap between advanced design and the business management facet in the architectural field. The innovative and pioneering profile of this master course lies in the combination of IE’s entrepreneurial spirit and business expertise in conjunction with the design approach of IE School of Architecture and Design.
Interested applicants who are not invited to the Architecture of the Year Awards this coming November in London can still access other shcolarships as well, via IE Financial Aid. If you are an admitted candidate to the course, then think about applying for the Scholarship for The Entrepreneurial Architect award for example, via the Online Financial Aid Application Form (click here to access the form).
