The OAS/IE Scholarships for Master degree candidates offered by the IE Foundation in Spain and the OAS in Washington cover between 30% and 50% of program tuition fees, and interested candidates can choose from one of ten different master programs offered by IE’s 7 Schools. Scholarship recipients also have possibility of doing an internship within the OAS upon completion of their Master program. The scholarships will be awarded to candidates interested in pursuing master-level studies in the 2010-2011 academic year. See the attached document for specifics on application requirements, eligible programs and scholarship values.

IE and Golden Key International Honor Society are now working together to support high potential candidates for master programs offered at 7 Schools. Golden Key graduates come from diverse academic backgrounds, however all have achieved academic excellence during their undergraduate studies. These scholarships are only available to current and alumni members of Golden Key.

Qualifying programs: Master in International Management, Master in Finance, Master in Corporate Communications, Master in Organizational Leadership, Master in Architectural Management and Design, Master in Economic and Business Journalism and Master in Global and Environmental Change.

Awards: 3 scholarships of 6.000€ each towards an IE master program.

Thanks to the collaboration of 85 Broads and the IE Foundation, 3 candidates for IE programs will be awarded up to 20.000€ in scholarships in the current academic year. The scholarships are as follows: 1 scholarship of 10.000€ towards a female MBA student, 1 scholarship of 5.000€ towards a master offered by one of IE’s School of Communication, School of Architecture, School of Biology, School of Arts and Humanities or School of Psychology; and 1 scholarship of 5.000€ towards IE Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP) Blended. IE Financial Aid helps students by ensuring they have a bank account ready for use as soon as they get to Madrid, and now we’ve expanded the options for IE students.  Below you will find links to the full information regarding the bank accounts available through our financial partner Banca March.

To open an account, simply fill in and send us the account application form (download it here), send us a copy of the photo page in your passport and a copy of your Admissions letter.

Todos los candidatos que deseen solicitar un préstamo de cualquiera de los dos acuerdos de IE – Banca March o Caja Madrid – deben presentar la solicitud completa antes del 01 de septiembre de 2010 a financialaid@ie.edu. No se aceptará ninguna solicitud fuera de plazo, puesto que generalmente el tiempo de tramitación de préstamos, incluyendo la tramitación de documentos con las autoridades fiscales españolas, lleva más de 8 semanas. Para obtener más información sobre los programas de préstamos y el proceso de solicitud por favor visiten las siguientes páginas web:

Tengan en cuenta que en la mayoría de los casos, cuando se presenta la solicitud, a menudo es necesaria documentación adicional, por ello que deberán solicitarlo antes del 01 de septiembre para asegurar que el Departamento de Ayuda Financiera aceptará su solicitud de préstamo. También tenga en cuenta que aunque aceptamos todas las solicitudes, son los bancos los que tienen la decisión final sobre la aprobación o denegación del préstamo por lo que es importante tener un plan B de financiación en caso de denegación.
