IE students coming from Israel can now also apply for a loan from Discount Bank, Israel’s third bank.  While more information about the general offer is available here (document in Hebrew), do keep in mind you will need to open an account at Discount Bank to apply for one of these loans.  Interest rates fluctuate and so they are not published.

Basic Student Loan Offer from Discount Bank

– Up to 50,000 NIS
– A grace period of up to 3 years
– Minimal commissions
– The student is required to open an account in the bank.
– International credit card with minimal commission

IE students qualify for these loans, so if you are an Israeli student you can apply directly at your loan Discount Bank branch.  Should you need added assistance, contact IE Financial Aid at financialaid@ie.edu
