Becas Número 1

Application Terms: To be considered a candidate it is essential to have started the MBA Key admission process no later than the 30th of September 2013.

Geographic Area: Spain, Europe, Latin America, North America, Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East, Central Asia

Three scholarships can be granted that cover up to 40% of tuition fees for the new The MBA Key program for the October 2013 intake. This allows past students from specialized IE Business School masters programs to participate in a 6 and 8 month program and obtain a private MBA degree from IE.


The admission process consists of 3 steps:

» Completion of Online Application
» Presentation of additional documentation
» In-person interview or via Skype.


Number 1 scholarships are granted directly along with the letter of admission to The MBA Key program to those past students who have applied for admission before the 30th of September.

Being that the number of scholarships is limited, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.

As you know in November 2012 IE became the 1st Spanish business school partner of this prestigious finance body. This academic partnership has created excellent synergies for IE students and investment professionals in the area of alternative investments from CAIA Association.

Since this week all members of the CAIA Association have access to IE scholarships which will make it an amazing opportunity to pursue a finance master degree at IE. The programs of study and scholarship opportunities are as follows:

What’s an IE Fellow Award? Learn more about this great opportunity.

The IE Fellows Program is a merit-based program that provides admitted degree candidates with funding towards their program of study, in exchange for their contributions to an on-campus project. This web page not only provides information on what a fellowship consists of and how to apply, but it also allows approved fellows to login and complete the placement process.

Recent scholarship holder Jan Köchling talks about his experience at IE Business School…

“Alumnus Jan Gerrit Köchling (30) hat in Kiel und Cadiz BWL studiert und anschließend in Madrid als Unternehmensberater gearbeitet. Nach ein paar Jahren kehrte er nach Deutschland zurück. Doch Spanien ließ ihn nicht los – und so entschloss er sich zu einem MBA-Studium in Madrid. Damit das Fernweh auch dort nicht zu groß wird, nimmt er an einem “long exchange” teil und geht in die USA…”
